Tone of voice

Our tone of voice is Positive, Educational, Reliable and Cheerful. We are always kind and we lead by example. We do not engage in political discussions or discussions on sensitive subjects. Our customers and their employees are diverse and we respect that people have different opinions regardless of our own.

Our communication in social media is built on 5 pillars:

  • Pillar 1: Benefits from using Timezynk (Customers use cases, testamonials etc)
  • Pillar 2: Problem / Pain points (Define customers challenges & how Timezynk can help resolving them)
  • Pillar 3: Values (Why we do what we do, what we stand for, beliefs)
  • Pillar 4: Loyalty (Referral program, share our values and how we work as a team at Timezynk)
  • Pillar 5: Authority (Why Timezynk is the better option)

We don’t do false advertising.
We do not publish or advertise false, misleading or deceptive statements and we do not manipulate terms.


We use two logotype versions, one black and one white.
Which version we use depends on the background: we want to achieve the biggest contrast between logotype and background to ensure that the logo is fully visible.

Our app icon consists of our symbol in white on an orange background.
It’s important that our logotype is not placed too close to other elements, therefore we have a minimum distance around the logotype.
This distance is decided by the width of the letter ”z”.

It’s important to keep the integrity of our logo.
It is not allowed to distort, change the look, or impact the visibility of the logo in any way.
